Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Prokolpo Sathi Pro. We value your trust and strive to provide the best possible digital tool utility suite. Because our services are digital and instantly delivered upon successful payment, we have formulated the following Cancellation & Refund Policy in compliance with payment gateway guidelines.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro plan membership or request deletion of your payment verification history at any time. To cancel or delete your profile, please contact our support team at support@antigravety.in. Upon cancellation, your access to premium daily limits and batch tools will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically downgrade to the Free guest tier.

2. Refund Eligibility & Support

Since Prokolpo Sathi delivers digital software utilities immediately after verification, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied. You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a network glitch, the duplicate payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • Technical Defect: If the premium tools fail to work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of report, you will be eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria or have encountered an issue, please send a refund request email to support@antigravety.in with the following details:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Transaction Reference Number (UTR / Razorpay Payment ID).
  • Date and Amount of payment.
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for the refund request.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once your request is received, our support team will inspect the transaction details and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original credit card, bank account, or UPI handle within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
